We have all felt joint pains. We usually feel pain in the knees, shoulders, elbows. We feel broken.
Almost everyone had joint pains, sometimes we feel pain in the shoulders, knees, elbows. In those moments, we undergo huge pain. If we feel this pain when we are over 40 this happens due to aging process. It may be alamring when we feel such pain when we are young, let’s say 25-30 years old. The reasons might be different, like fractures, rheumatism, overload, trauma etc. However, we will not focus on the reasons, rather on the solutions, that is how to heal the painful joints.

The recipe is quite simple, made from simple ingredients, available for all of us. It is by far useful and helpful even after the first use.
Domestic fat against painful joints – recipe
-1 Tablespoon of honey
-1 Tablespoon of fine salt
-1 Tablespoon of water
-1 Tablespoon of mustard (spicy)
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place in an empty box of hand cream or in any other packaging you have at home. It will help you a lot.
Spray the grease on the painful place, put a plastic bag and tie a warm scarf, made out of wool if you can. Hold for 1.5-2 hours.
You should do it before you go to bed, so your joints can rest after the treatment. Wash in the morning.
If possible repeat it 4-5 days in succession.
You will feel a lot more better after the first usage.
After that repeat when needed.
The fat will be usable for a few days.
Keep it in the refrigerator.
Believe it or not mustard can be very useful for your body. Besides healing joint, it is also useful for other purposes. In case of headace, put it on the temples or forehead. If you get burned, just put a thicker layer and you will not feel pain anymore. If you catch a cold or have ascratchy throat, a teaspoon of mustard is all you need.
