You will need:
- 1/2 an organic lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons of raw, organic, unfiltered, preferably local honey
- 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon
- 250 ml of water
- Boil the water.
- Add the cinnamon, honey and lime juice to a bowl.
- Pour the boiling water over the ingredients in the bowl.
